Both venues that we are hosting you in require double COVID vaccination per BC Ministry of Health mandates.

Nov. 19 – All Day Seminar @ Olympic View Event Room: 

Who:  student teams, Westmont staff

Proof of vaccination:  required for all students older than 12 years of age.  Photo ID NOT required under 18.

**YOU WILL NOT BE ADMITTED TO THE OLYMPIC VIEW SEMINAR ROOM WITHOUT PROOF OF VACCINATION**

Nov. 27 – Award Gala Night @ UVic Farquhar Theatre

Who:  student teams, Westmont staff, invited guests, ticket holders (parents and grandparents most likely 😉

Proof of vaccination:

  1. students 12-17:  proof of double vaccination required  Photo ID NOT required under 18.
  2. adults 18+: proof of double vaccination required  Photo ID REQUIRED

**YOU WILL NOT BE ADMITTED TO THE UVIC FARQUHAR THEATRE WITHOUT PROOF OF VACCINATION**
