What is the focus of the strategic plan?

The plan recognises that giving our students an exceptional educational experience is built on a foundation of financial sustainability. Improving our financial health will allow us to focus on the quality of our programs, pay our teachers well, make the most of our location and facilities, and strengthen our culture and our community. The 6 pillars of our plan are, Financial Sustainability, Program, People, Purpose, Place, Partnerships.
